Skinworks Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes unexpected things crop up however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please note: All facials and laser treatments require a credit card to book as your therapists are making themselves available to accommodate your treatment
Our business is almost 100% appointment based. When you book an appointment, we make sure your Therapist will be here ready to provide you your best possible treatment.
If you are running late we will try to accommodate you where possible. However, in order to be ready for the next client, your session may be cut short. Prices will not be adjusted.
We require that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time.
If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, for whatever reason, you will no longer be allowed to book any appointments without giving a Credit Card to hold your reservation. (You are always welcome as a walk-in client.)
All appointments held by Credit Card or Prepayment (such as: prepaid courses vouchers or Gift Certificates) are subject to the following policy
1. Less than 12 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment cost
2. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the treatment cost or alternatively a pre paid treatment is forfeited
3. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
